The Carer Support Specialist will provide a welcoming presence and reliable support to carers, adopting a 'no wrong door' approach. The role has four core functions: creating seamless connections between carers and vital resources, supporting carers to thrive, overseeing the Cairns Carer Hub, and facilitating social interaction and promoting wellbeing.
