Finishes Foreman | Hope Island | $160K - $180K + Super
The Stage 2 team stayed together for Stage 3. That tells you something about how this compnay runs a site.
You're joining mid-program on a $65M, 86-apartment build at Hope Island. Structure is up. The project is tracking. The team around you is settled and experienced.
Your job is to own the finishes phase - blinds, carpets, painting, joinery, fixtures, fittings - and close it out cleanly.
This is a standalone ownership role. You're the central point of contact for trade coordination, sequencing, and quality through fit-out. You report directly to the Site Manager and you're accountable for the result, not assisting someone else to achieve it.
This company deliver approximately $1.5 billion of work annually. 75% comes from repeat clients. The reason for that sits in how they resource, support, and retain their people. You won't be left to figure it out on your own.
Honest context: rotating Saturday roster and lock-up duties are part of the role.
What we need from you:
* Multi-residential construction background with proven defects and handover experience
* Strong quality-first mindset with the ability to sequence trades and prevent rework
* Able to coordinate multiple subcontractors autonomously without close supervision
$160,000 - $180,000 + Super. Permanent role. Further stages anticipated on the same site.
