Immerse yourself in delivering exceptional guest experiences on Hamilton Island as a dedicated Guest Experience Manager. You'll be part of the Front Office team, responsible for managing VIP arrivals and departures, coordinating special requests, and ensuring every detail of the guest experience is flawlessly executed.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist all VIP and suite guests on arrival, providing a warm and professional introduction to the island
* Coordinate guest requests, preferences, and special occasions to deliver personalized experiences
* Liaise with key departments to ensure smooth guest journeys from arrival to departure
* Prepare and maintain daily and weekly VIP reports to anticipate guest needs and optimize service delivery
* Conduct site inspections and assist with transfers, including luggage handling and vehicle upkeep
* Promote Hamilton Island's top-end experiences through informed, soft upselling and exceptional service
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months' experience in a front office, concierge, porter or hospitality environment
* QLD driver's licence held for at least 3 years
* Proven ability to safely operate vehicles for guest and luggage transport
* Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in a 4–5 star hotel or resort
* Queensland Recreational Boat Licence and/or Passenger Transport Driver Authorization
