As a scheduling officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting independence and inclusion of people with disabilities and the elderly.

Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and maintain rosters that accurately reflect participant needs and worker capacity.
2. Establish strong relationships with participants, families, and staff.
3. Respond promptly to ad hoc changes and update schedules effectively.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant Awards and agreements.
5. Liaise with other scheduling officers to meet workforce needs.
6. Contribute to continuous quality improvement and assist with data collection.

Requirements
1. Previous experience in an administrative or scheduling role (minimum 1 year).
2. Experience with rostering systems such as CareMaster or similar.
3. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong time management, problem-solving, and IT skills.
5. Able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
6. A respectful and collaborative team player with a commitment to our values.
7. Current Driver's Licence is essential.
