Skills & Experience
* Be flexible for shift work (mornings, afternoons, evenings).
* Available for a minimum 12 hrs per week.
* Confident on the phone with a natural, engaging style.
* Previous outbound sales or call centre experience is highly regarded, but not essential.
* A strong communicator with fluency in both written and spoken English.
* Ability to work alone and in a team and deal with variety of simple and complex enquiries.
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls for fundraising and sales activities.
* Engage with potential donors/customers in a confident and professional manner.
* Clearly communicate key messages and objectives.
* Work towards individual and team KPIs.
* Record call outcomes and follow-up actions accurately.
* Handle inbound calls and enquiries professionally.
* Assist customers with questions, updates and general support.
* Resolve issues where possible and elevate when required.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions.
* Good working conditions, penalty rates apply.
* Full training provided and ongoing support.
* Casual shifts (4 & 6 hrs shifts)
* Additional hours available for high performers.
