Secondary Senior Visual Arts Teacher - Curriculum Leader
We are seeking a faith-driven educator to lead the Senior Visual Arts program as Curriculum Leader in a Christian school community focused on spiritual growth and student potential.

Groves Christian College is a growing P–12 community with two campuses and additional programs, including Early Learning Centre, Trade Training Centre, and Distance Education. Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, innovative, and inclusive Visual Arts lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Lead and coordinate the Senior Visual Arts program as Curriculum Leader.
- Foster a Christ-centred learning environment that supports spiritual and academic growth.
- Collaborate with a team of educators and leaders.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
- Participate in extracurricular programs, pastoral care, and community events.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Registered (or eligible) with Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
- Active Christian faith and commitment to a church community.
- Passionate about student wellbeing, engagement, and learning outcomes.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, collaborative, and innovative mindset.
- QCAA External Marking experience and/or QCAA Assessor.
