The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expansion of the white label business, achieving market share growth year on year. This position will provide comprehensive support services directly to the network, including loan structure assistance, accreditation coordination, and complaint management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing and nurturing relationships with brokers, enhancing their knowledge of the lending offering
* Attending state meetings, providing updates and feedback on results against objectives
* Managing complaints and post-settlement enquiries from brokers and customers
This role also involves:
* Driving lender BDM activity and product pricing and policy exemptions escalations
* Overseeing technical content for training, events, marketing collateral, and websites
Performance metrics will be measured by white label market share growth nationally and in each state, as well as broker activity and overall strategic growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate IV in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Management)
* A Diploma in Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Management)
* Experience in the finance industry, particularly in lending, underwriting, sales, or customer service
* Negotiation skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
