Negozio Sales & Operations WA Store Managers - Expressions of InterestAs a Store Manager, you are responsible for achieving the Sales and Profit goals in your Store by creating a plan to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the Area. You ensure you have a Great Team and support its development. You work with succession planning, talent and leadership development, and structured performance management based on results, values, and leadership. You work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.Key responsibilities:Regularly analyze and follow up on your Store’s Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions accordingly to maximize results.Drive the Hello Member program in line with country goals, together with your Store team.Ensure your Store’s execution continuously meets H&M standards and follow up using the Customer Audit Tool.Manage the recruitment, training, development, and succession planning for your Store.Evaluate and manage the performance of your Store Team, including performance development reviews, development plans, feedback, and follow-up actions to improve performance and develop your team.Secure Store Operations Best Practices in your Store, according to the Area plan.To succeed as a Store Manager, you should be an inclusive and confident business leader who enjoys developing your team and supporting their growth.
