Your Role
* Perform planned and reactive tyre changes and maintenance on a range of mobile mining equipment.
* Remove and fit OTR mining tyres/wheels, conduct wheel rotations, pressure checks, and record tyre usage information.
* Work safely and independently while following instructions.
* Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within your team.
* Promote and adhere to a strong safety culture at all times.
What You'll Need
* Certificate II in Automotive Tyre Servicing Technology OR:
* AURKTJ011 – Remove, inspect and fit earthmoving and off-the-road tyres
* AURKTJ012 – Remove, inspect and fit earthmoving and off-the-road wheel and rim assemblies
* RIIMPO208F – Operate support equipment
* RIISAM202E – Isolate and access plant
* RIISAM301F – Test operational functions of vehicles and equipment
* Demonstrated experience in fitting heavy earthmoving tyres
* Current Queensland Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)
* Current Queensland Driver Licence
