Care and support our clients in a unique and beautiful location, delivering person-centred care and services as an experienced Registered Nurse.
This role requires daily operational management of facilities, ensuring residents experience high-quality care and services. You will coach and support direct reports, adhering to values and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Budgeting and financial management, staff management, and ensuring high levels of customer service are also key responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver inclusive and person-centred quality care and support at both Busselton and Dunsborough facilities
* Ensure residents experience high-quality care and services
* Coach and support direct reports adhering to company values
* Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements
* Manage budgets and finances, staff and ensure high levels of customer service
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
* Minimum of 2 years of experience working within an aged care environment preferred
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
