About the Job
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and exceptional customer service to end-users across the organisation.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure seamless IT service delivery. This includes installing and configuring computer hardware and software, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, and responding to service issues and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing IT support services for level 1/2 tickets
* Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, servers, networks, printers, and scanners
* Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
* Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner
* Providing technical support to the branch (this may be in person or over the phone)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3 years Helpdesk experience preferred
* Diploma in Information Technology is preferred
* Intermediate computer hardware and software installation skills
* Advanced problem-solving skills
