About the role: Joining the People and Culture (P&C) team, you will be a key enabler of the new OPP strategy. This isn't just a standard People and Culture role; it is a high-impact leadership position focused on building a "future-ready" workforce. Your plans and actions will enable measurable culture and capability outcomes and a people experience that is reflected with pride. From driving diversity and inclusion to architecting multi-year transformation programs, you will energetically engage with peers and the leadership team to make a difference. This role is both strategic and hands-on, its about high-level integrated thinking delivered in a practical, pragmatic, and tangible waythat people value. Key Responsibilities * Lead Cultural Transformation: Drive a multi-year cultural uplift program, influencing senior leaders to shape behavioural change across the organisation. * Elevate Leadership: Establish impactful leadership programs and capability frameworks that foster resilience, strategic thinking, and transformative results. * Drive Engagement: Own the People Matter Survey process, translating data into actionable insights that lift organizational sentiment. * Champion Diversity & Inclusion: Develop and deliver a strategic D&I program that ensures a strong sense of belonging and meets all VPSC and regulatory requirements. * Strategic Capability Planning: Design a curriculum that spans management, compliance, and legal education, ensuring our workforce is equipped for the complexities of legal service delivery. About You You are a seasoned OD professional who balances "big picture" strategic thinking with the practical ability to implement impactful programs in a regulated environment. You are an influencer, a coach, and a trusted advisor who understands the nuances of professional services. Specifically, you bring: * Deep Expertise: A proven track record in organisational development, learning, and enterprise-wide change management. * Influence & Judgment: Excellent leadership judgment with the ability to build trusted relationships at the executive level. * Strategic Design: Experience conducting deep-dive organizational assessments and designing diverse L&D strategies that reflect adult learning principles. * D&I Advocacy: A passion for creating inclusive workplace cultures backed by the technical knowledge of Victorian Public Service (VPS) frameworks. * Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, HR, or a related field are essential.
