West Coast Conveyor Services is expanding, and we're looking for a proven Belt Splicing Supervisor to lead our field crews across major mine sites throughout Western Australia. What You'll Be Doing
* Supervise and lead belt splicing teams during FIFO projects across WA mine sites
* Coordinate daily tasks and crew activities to meet project deadlines and client expectations
* Maintain a strong safety-first presence on site
* Ensure splicing work is completed accurately, efficiently and to spec
* Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting in the field
* Communicate clearly with site contacts, internal teams and clients
* Mentor and develop crew members while upholding high standards
* Maintain accurate job records and shift reports
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in belt splicing or conveyor maintenance with S26 qualification
* Deep knowledge of hot, cold and mechanical splicing techniques
* Certificate III in Polymer Processing (Essential)
* Proven ability to lead, plan and drive performance on site
* A safety-driven mindset with high attention to detail
* Manual driver's licence and White Card
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
