Employment Type: Part-time. Thursday & Friday between 8:00am – 6:00pm, with inclusion in the Saturday roster
Key Responsibilities
- Register specimens into the Apollo Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Perform accurate data processing, receiving and sorting of samples
- Receive and respond to correspondence from internal and external stakeholders
- Carry out data entry and provide clear communication with patients and referrers

- Proven keyboard and data entry skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a professional team in a fast-paced setting
- A strong commitment to customer service, accuracy, and efficient time management
Desirable: Knowledge of medical terminology, prior data entry experience, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
Most importantly, you will have the flexibility to work a range of shift times between 8:00am – 6:00pm Thursday & Friday, plus participate in a Saturday roster.
