Requirements
* A proven track record in sales with experience identifying, negotiating, and closing high-value deals.
* Market knowledge & existing relationships in industrial sectors such as earthmoving, mining, transport, and construction.
* Experience in auctions, earthmoving or mining equipment sales (direct or indirect experience will be highly regarded).
* The ability to build relationships at all levels and translate client needs into tailored solutions.
* A flexible & adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers.
* A willingness to travel as needed (valid driver's license required).
Responsibilities
* Work through a mix of new business leads, warm prospects, and dormant accounts to maximize sales opportunities.
* Assess potential partners, perform competitive research, and develop compelling business cases.
* Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships within both local and national teams.
* Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to ensure targets, KPIs, and revenue goals are met.
* Use your negotiation & influencing skills to secure and close high-value deals.
* Develop and execute local sales strategies, proposals, and presentations.
