What you'll do
- Represent Telstra Retail as a Retail Consultant in-store, delivering consultative service and solutions to customers
- Build knowledge of the latest tech and gadgets through ongoing training and development
- Support customers to connect faster, better, and smarter with Telstra products and services

- You're able to easily connect with a variety of new and existing customers
- You can quickly develop customised solutions for customers
- You drive to reach and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- You are hungry to learn and grow within the role
- You have experience in a customer-facing role
- You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and provide excellent customer service
