About the Role
In this key administrative support role, you'll work alongside a committed operations team, providing crucial administration for a large fleet of 100+ company drivers and 30 subcontractor drivers. This is a varied and rewarding position that will see you:
Be the first point of contact for driver administrative support
Maintain and update driver and fleet compliance records
Assist with driver on-boarding, including preparing contracts and ensuring documentation is complete
Monitor compliance requirements, licences, and certifications
Organise and manage orders for PPE, office supplies, and driver equipment
Support the operations team with general office administration tasks
Assist with data entry and analysis to ensure fleet records are accurate and current
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with strong administrative skills, a proactive and organised mindset, and the ability to liaise confidently with a large, fast-moving workforce. Ideally you will have:
Previous experience in fleet, compliance, logistics, or operational administration (highly regarded)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Good communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
A proactive and solutions-focused attitude
