About The Role:This Position is ongoing, part time 0.8 FTE (30.4 hours per
week), and located with our team in Echuca. As a Therapeutic Clinician, you'll
provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to adult
victim-survivors and their children. You'll work within a supportive team and
broader consortium to assess needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver
healing interventions that foster resilience and recovery.

This role is part of a region-wide partnership of specialist
organisations committed to safety, empowerment, and long-term wellbeing for
women and children.

What You'll Do:

* Deliver
trauma-informed therapeutic support to adult victim survivors using modalities
such as EMDR, narrative therapy, and art/play therapy.
* Conduct
specialised assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
* Facilitate
group programs and individual counselling sessions.
* Collaborate
with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrated care.
* Contribute
to program evaluation and continuous improvement.

About You:

* A tertiary
qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, or a related field.
* Minimum 3
years' experience in therapeutic work with adults and children.
* A strong
understanding of feminist principles and the gendered nature of family
violence.
* Commitment
to cultural safety and inclusion, especially for Aboriginal and Torres Strait
Islander peoples and diverse communities.
