Our Consumer Deposits team is responsible for ensuring operational excellence and driving the product agenda for our transaction, savings, and business savings accounts. Responsibilities
* Understand our products and deliver enhancements
* Collaborate with digital, delivery, data, and engineering teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and risk standards
* Leverage data and market insights to inform pricing decisions, assess margin impacts, and support interest rate change implementation
* Partner with Legal and Risk to maintain robust control frameworks and manage incidents to ensure timely resolution and implementation of strong controls
Qualifications & Skills
* Passion for customer experience and delivering products that customers love
* Tertiary qualifications, preferably in a Business or Finance-related discipline
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Robust Excel skills
* Ability to deliver in a rapid‐paced, output‐focused environment with strong attention to detail
* High degree of initiative and self‐motivation as part of a small team
