The Opportunity
Key Responsibilities
* Support audit teams in peer review of valuation for financial reporting.
* Conduct real estate analysis on a range of assets across Australia, supporting pre and post-transaction activities.
* Work on new housing models such as Build to Rent and Specialist Disability Accommodation.
* Prepare valuation assignments in both stabilised assets and development properties.
* Investigate and utilise new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative client solutions.
* Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance on various projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.
* Assist on major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including business case preparation, transaction strategies, and property development advisory services.
* Provide vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across various asset classes.
* Contribute to market research, trend analysis, and thought leadership papers.
Requirements
* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
* Detailed understanding of private sector and government valuation processes.
* Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills.
* Professional accreditation as a CPV, API, or MRICS.
