About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Public Area Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in all public areas within the hotel.
* Clean and maintain hotel public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lifts, and outdoor spaces.
* Ensure all high-touch points are sanitised regularly.
* Respond to guest requests politely and promptly.
* Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues.
* Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and front office teams.
