Doors Plus is a family-owned company established in 1989. We currently have 21 stores located across Australia and are the largest seller of doors in the country. We are well known for our No Fuss! brand. Our company is looking for Branch Managers who excel at motivating and mentoring their staff to be the best performers they can be.
This role is available in Granville.
The Role:
* Maintain and support the daily operation of the showroom/s according to Doors Plus standards, creating a positive team environment with high morale, following policies and procedures including WHS.
* Conduct daily showroom team meetings to provide updates on pricing, packages, product changes, sales targets, and promotions.
* Continuously develop the store’s sales operations to optimise turnover, to present the store and our product to the highest standard and to provide outstanding customer service. Actively develop business strategies to increase conversion rates and increase store traffic and sales.
* Effectively manage the sales team to achieve business goals, whilst facilitating ongoing product and sales training, and building a strong, collaborative culture, through coaching and mentoring.
* Establish and build customer relationships, manage and resolve all customer interactions.
About You:
* Strong mentoring and coaching leadership style to promote, motivate and build a high performing culture.
* Demonstrated leadership in organising and leading a team, performance management, selling skills, visual merchandising, operational routines, stock management, IT systems.
* Ability to understand store budgets, strong business acumen, with a mindset to continuously improve operations and to drive the team to achieve targets.
* High attention to detail and able to problem solve, negotiate and influence to resolve issues, and think on your feet to deliver the best outcome to your team and customer.
* A team player who is flexible, and adaptable to assist the greater team when required.
* Confident communication skills, both written and verbal, intermediate ability in computer skills, including Microsoft suite, with excellent professional presentation.
