Your New Role and Responsibilities
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced all-round Tester to join a dynamic, fast-paced team supporting our Federal Government Programto deliver a new data centre capability.
Responsibilities Include
* Synthesise customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule and cost constraints
* Review and evaluate requirements for testability
* Develop test plans, test cases and test procedures; and effectively conduct developmental, integration and/or acceptance testing within the bounds of technical, schedule and cost constraints
* Perform analysis of test results, manage defects, and prepare comprehensive software component, subsystem and/or system-level test reports
* Collaborate across engineering, project and customer stakeholders to resolve technical and delivery issues.
Qualifications & Experience
You will be curious, a consummate professional for off-the-shelf products and subsystems created to support the end product and ensure the systems work seamlessly with each other.
You Will Also Have
* Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
* Experience at Integration & Test of software, components, subsystems and systems.
* Experience in test requirements elicitation, management, decomposition, traceability, and documentation, utilising test management processes and tools
* Familiarity with Systems Engineering Practices
* Exposure to performance and resilience testing is desirable
* Exposure to Test Automation tools and CI/CD practices is desirable
* Experience working within Defence environment is desirable.
* NV-2 AGVSA Security Clearance Required
