We are looking for a reliable, motivated and physically fit Poultry Farm Hand for ongoing work.
About The Role
Ready for a rewarding role that keeps you active and engaged?
As Our Farm Hand, You Will Be Responsible For
* Working with live chickens daily
* Husbandry – closely monitor bird feed, water and welfare requirements and accurate, timely data entry
* Packing eggs
* Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and sheds and surrounds
* Ad hoc farm tasks as required
* Adhere to OH&S policies and company procedures
About You
Ready for a hands‐on and active role? With a strong work ethic and interest in farming you'll excel in maintaining high standards in this demanding role.
Requirements
* A minimum of 12 months directly related experience
* Full unrestricted Australian working rights
* Ability to handle repetitive movements, bending and some lifting
* Own enclosed Safety Boots and High Vis Shirt
* Clear communication skills, both when working independently and interacting as part of a team
* A pre‐employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening is required
