* Develop and implement change management strategies to support technology initiatives.
* Experience with Large Scale ERP implementations and technology changes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
* Identify potential risks and resistance to change, and develop mitigation strategies.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts.
* Provide expert advice and support to teams during the transition process.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to support staff through changes.
* Communicate project updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure alignment of change initiatives with organisational goals within the property sector.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Organisational Change Manager should have:
* Proven experience in managing change within the technology department.
* Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.
* Experience in the property industry is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
