This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior‐level designer to step into an award‐winning team, overseeing the delivery of high‐quality commercial landscape projects from concept through to construction.
The Position
* Lead the design and documentation of commercial landscape projects from inception to completion.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and team resources.
* Collaborate with architects, developers, planners, and clients to deliver integrated design outcomes.
* Prepare fee proposals, manage scope changes, and support business development initiatives.
* Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
* Ensure compliance with council regulations and construction standards.

What You'll Bring
* Bachelor of Design (Landscape Architecture) or equivalent.
* Minimum 5‐7 years' experience in commercial landscape architecture.
* Strong horticultural knowledge and understanding of construction practices.
* Proficiency in CAD and other design/documentation software.
* Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem‐solving skills.
