Topdrill's Maintenance Team is seeking an
experienced, trade qualified and safety focused Boilermaker to join them in
Kalgoorlie on a full-time permanent basis.
About the Role
Please note that this is a
Residential role based in Kalgoorlie. NO FIFO.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager this
role is responsible for provision of technical expertise related to the repair
and maintenance of Topdrill's fleet.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
·
Fit outs on new and existing assets (Drill Rigs
and Support trucks)
·
Carrying out preventative and corrective
maintenance and repairs to our drilling equipment
·
Welding and fabrication
·
Ensuring equipment is maintained safely and
efficiently to minimise cost and increase productivity
·
Undertaking necessary risk and pre-task
assessments
·
Effective management of documentation and
reporting as per client and company requirements
About You
To be successful, you will demonstrate the following
·
Strong commitment to safety
· Experience repairing Mining
Equipment and heavy vehicles
·
Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication
·
Current HR open class driver's license
·
Forklift ticket
·
Working at Heights ticket
·
First Aid Certificate
·
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
able to communicate with people at all levels effectively
·
Good time management and work prioritisation
skills
·
Able to work individually and in a team
