An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to step into a senior leadership role within a well-established, purpose-led organisation. Key Responsibilities
* Lead and oversee the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
* Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and insights
* Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow processes
* Strengthen financial controls, governance, and compliance frameworks
* Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decisions
* Drive process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high‐performing finance team
About You
* CA/CPA qualified with a strong technical foundation
* Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
* Background in complex or multi‐entity environments
* Commercially minded with the ability to influence at executive level
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving organisation
