To be successful you must have the following:
* 2+ years' experience in contract administration within commercial construction
* Sound understanding of head contract and subcontract management
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Proficiency with estimating and project software (e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, or similar)
* Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a project team
