About the Role
We are seeking a skilled sales assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Orange Salvos Stores team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Retail Sales: Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to showcase our stock in correct departments.
* Donation Management: Collect, sort, and price donations in store while following policy and procedure.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to our team and community members.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail sales or a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A valid Working with Children Check.
