In this role, you'll lead integrated campaigns that fuel our sales pipeline and elevate brand visibility, helping organizations around the world implement life-saving safety solutions. Position Overview As Demand Generation Manager, you will own and scale Forwood’s multi-channel growth engine—across both paid and organic channels—to generate demand for our products and services, drive qualified pipeline, and accelerate revenue. In this senior role, you’ll be responsible for building a sustainable, repeatable system that reaches the right audiences at the right time, wherever they are in their buying journey. You will lead the demand generation team, overseeing execution across paid media, search, and social, while also driving long-term growth through organic strategies such as SEO, “AI-SEO,” content distribution, email nurture, and website optimisation. A key focus of this role is developing high-quality lead magnets and structured, automated marketing funnels that attract, engage, and convert high-value accounts into sales-ready opportunities. You’ll also own the annual paid media and program budget, with full accountability for delivering strong ROI through qualified pipeline generation. As a strategic partner to the CMO, Brand Marketing Manager, Product Marketing Manager, and Marketing Operations, you’ll help ensure every company on our target account list is brought into the Forwood ecosystem and nurtured toward purchase intent. Key Responsibilities • Design and execute full-funnel demand generation programs across paid and organic channels. • Create and optimise lead magnets (eBooks, tools, webinars, templates) to fuel pipeline and engagement. • Develop and manage structured funnels that align content, targeting, and campaign strategy to buyer journey stages. • Own and manage the annual demand generation budget, ensuring spend efficiency and pipeline ROI. • Lead strategy and execution for paid media (LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic), SEO, and website optimisation. • Build and maintain lead nurture workflows via email, content, and retargeting. • Define and track campaign KPIs, optimise conversion and velocity metrics, and report on pipeline contribution. • Align closely with Sales and Brand to target key accounts, co-develop messaging, and measure funnel progress. • With support from Marketing Operations, manage Zoho as our marketing automation platform, building workflows, segmentation, scoring, and analytics. • Manage and grow the demand generation team, fostering capability, accountability, and high performance. Requirements • 8 years in B2B marketing, with 4 years in performance and demand generation roles. • Demonstrated success delivering marketing-sourced pipeline through both paid and organic channels. • Proven experience owning budgets and delivering measurable ROI on media and program spend. • Strong knowledge of performance strategy, media buying, SEO, nurture flows, and web conversion. • Proficient in campaign reporting, funnel analysis, and marketing operations. • Expertise or strong familiarity with Zoho marketing automation highly valued. • Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating with a blend of strategic and executional responsibilities. • Experience in safety-critical, compliance, or industrial SaaS environments. (preferred) • Familiarity with ABM tactics and multi-stakeholder enterprise buying journeys. (preferred) • Skilled in using AI tools to streamline campaign development, creative, or workflow automation. (preferred) • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, cross-functional environment with evolving priorities. (preferred)
