The opportunity
The Senior Partner - Organisational Development is responsible for
Provide customised, responsive, and credible support and advice to leaders and team members across the organisation to achieve culture change and implementation of initiatives linked to the strategic priorities.
In consultation with key internal and external stakeholders, design and implement strategies to achieve CHW's equity and diversity objectives (Gender Equality, Reconciliation, Inclusion, Diversity and Accessibility), and ensure the objectives are considered in all planning, performance, and development activities across the employee lifecycle.
Collaborate on the development and implementation of workforce and leadership capability frameworks aligned to strategic workforce plans.
Lead and enable the coordination, development, facilitation, and evaluation of organisational development activities for key functional areas throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., people experience, recognition, performance and career development.
Design and deliver OD interventions that are collaborative and co-designed to support CHW's leadership maturity and ambition to be a thriving, innovative workforce and culture, to mature leadership capability and culture.
Partner with the Learning & Development Partner to design and deliver CHW's leadership development program (Learn, Lead, Grow) including attainment of master trainer status.
About You

We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Tertiary qualifications in organisation development, human resources, organisational psychology, or a related field.
Experience with the design, development and implementation of organisational development programs, such as culture change, capability uplift and leadership programs.
