About the Role We are seeking a Training Officer for our client, a leading Australian meat processing and food production company based in Burleigh Heads. In this role, you will deliver structured training programs and ensure all employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and effectively. Full-time, Permanent | Monday to Friday Burleigh Head, QLD | Immediate start available $75,000 - $80,000 per annum super Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver engaging training programs across operations, production, and safety Conduct training needs analysis and maintain up-to-date training plans and materials Facilitate site inductions, competency assessments, and ongoing employee training Maintain accurate training records, including training matrices and compliance documentation Ensuring compliance with WHS, quality, and food safety standards Collaborate with supervisors and leaders to support workforce development and continuous improvement About You Experience delivering end-to-end training programs in a manufacturing or production environment Strong understanding of learning principles and training delivery methods Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with learning management systems and office management tools (MS Office software) Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Certificate IV in Training & Assessment highly regarded but not essential About RWM Group RWM Group is an Australian owned specialist recruitment and workforce management company with both local and international talent solutions.
