Sunny Life Ability Company is a proudly female-owned NDIS provider based in Boambee East and Coffs Harbour supporting participants across the Mid North Coast of NSW. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Support Worker at Sunny Life Ability Company, you'll support NDIS participants to live independently and achieve their personal goals. Your day-to-day duties will include assisting with daily living tasks such as meals, cleaning, personal care, and medication in their home. You'll also help clients engage in the community, build confidence, and enjoy meaningful social and recreational activities.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where your support makes a real and lasting impact on someone's life.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a proactive, enthusiastic individual with a positive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine passion for supporting others. You'll be a confident communicator who's eager to learn and grow within the role. Experience within the sector is highly valued as is qualifications.
A willingness to complete sleepover shifts is essential, as is as this ensures continuity of care and meaningful support for our participants.
Criteria:
* Cert III in relevant industry qualification, relevant experience and/or a passion to learn.
* Current Driver's Licence, with comprehensive car insurance.
* NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
* NSW Working With Children Check.
* A valid National Police Check.
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
* Ability to follow established support work practices.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to connect with clients.
