The Role
* Managing a portfolio of 180 properties
* Effectively liaise with tenants and landlords
* Conduct outgoing and routine inspections
* Complete repairs & maintenance management
* Arrears control
* Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
* Working towards targets and KPI's
* NO leasing and NO accounts
The Candidate
* The Tools of the Trade – Certificate of Registration or License, car, drivers license
* Previous experience in Real Estate
* A natural relationship builder with exemplary customer service
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Strong administration skills
* The ability to work in a top performing team
