Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of test deliverables from initiation to completion.Develop robust test strategies and plans, and guide teams to achieve quality outcomes.Deliver concise reporting on test progress and product quality.Lead all types of testing including functional, non-functional, system integration, regression, and UAT.Create and execute test cases using tools such as JIRA and Zephyr.Manage defect triage, traceability matrices, dashboards, and testing documentation.Ensure comprehensive documentation including Test Plans, Summary Reports, and Incident Logs.Conduct SOE, Citrix, and application testing across various device types.Coordinate printer rollout testing and device deployment validations using SCCM/MECM and JAMF.Required Skills and Experience:6+ years' experience in senior testing or test lead roles.Expertise across Functional, UI, Cross-browser, and E2E testing.Proven ability to manage testing activities in high-pressure environments.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Demonstrated experience in agile, cross-functional teams.Proficiency with defect management and test reporting tools like JIRA and Zephyr.Hands-on experience with SOE testing, Citrix, SCCM/MECM, JAMF, printer/application rollout.Ability to work independently and balance multiple project demands.Qualifications:Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in IT or Information Systems.ISTQB Foundation Certification or equivalent (mandatory).To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Pam Kaur on + or email and quote the above job reference number.Paxus values diversity and welcomes applications from Indigenous Australians, people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and people living with a disability.
