Job Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the planning process, systems, and analytics to deliver a reconciled demand plan that aligns with operational targets (OTB) and drives product through to adoption rate standards (ATS).
Key Responsibilities
* Govern the planning process, system integrity, and analytical standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Oversee reporting outputs in Power BI and SAP B1 to provide visibility into demand forecast data.
* Align OTB constraint with financial guardrails to drive commercial decision-making.
* Hold accountability for consensus plan approval in the S&OP cycle.
Scope and Deliverables
* Support medium- to long-range planning to enable a solid forecast and demand plan.
* Build unconstrained demand bottom-up at brand, category, regional, and channel level; consolidate into a single view.
* Reconcile unconstrained demand with top-down constraint to drive demand consensus.
* Activate the supply plan that triggers purchase requirements and executional timing to deliver ATS.
* Align purchase flows and replenishment to sustain ATS across nodes and regions.
* Balance EOQ/MOQ and lead-time requirements to optimize inventory positioning.
* Provide visibility of purchase flows, supplier readiness, and inbound timing to stakeholders.
* Escalate demand/supply variances and trigger corrective actions to protect ATS.
Requirements
Inventory & Supply Chain Expertise
* Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Replenishment
* Commercially Aware, Carry-Over Product, Retail WHS & DTC, high SU count multi-brand, fast-moving-multi-node warehouse network with global market.
Data Architecture & Engineering
* MS Fabric Ecosystem, OneLake, Data Marts, Lakehouse
* SQL / Python for Data Manipulation & Modelling
* Dimensional Modelling and Performance Optimisation
Governance & Collaboration
* Technical: Microsoft Office Suite, Advanced Excel, MS Fabric, Power BI; SAP B1; PLM-DESL proficiency.
* Education: Tertiary qualification in a computer science/commercial/numerical discipline, OR 15+ years equivalent life experience.
* Strengths: Analytical rigor, system governance, financial alignment, structured communication, enabling supply plans that drive ATS.
Key Measurables (KPIs)
* Commercial: Stock Turn & OTB adherence (% variance vs guardrails).
* Inventory: ATS achievement (% purchase requirements delivered to plan).
