We're seeking a skilled social media marketer to help manage organic content, influencers and user-generated content across multiple client accounts.
About the Role
This role involves planning, scheduling, engagement, influencer coordination and maintaining brand consistency across several eCom brands. We are looking for a candidate with excellent organisational skills who can manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, schedule and publish organic social content to increase brand awareness
* Manage community engagement across Instagram and TikTok platforms
* Coordinate UGC creators including briefing, sourcing talent and managing deliverables
* Support influencer outreach, gifting and campaign tracking to meet business objectives
* Monitor trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
* Maintain content calendars and ensure brand alignment across all channels
* Prepare monthly social reports and insights to inform future marketing decisions
* Collaborate with internal teams including email, creative and strategy departments
About You
* You will be based in Melbourne and have a strong passion for social media
* You have a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling, and ideally basic graphic design and copywriting skills
* You are confident managing UGC creators and influencers, and have a highly organised approach to work
* You are comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously, and have excellent communication skills
* You are proactive, positive and thrive in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in social media management or marketing is not essential, but we value a hunger to learn and grow
