Our organization is seeking a skilled Defence Project Manager to lead high-impact projects from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure effective project delivery.
* Manage project teams, ensuring strong communication and collaboration among team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
* Identify and mitigate risks, developing strategies for issue resolution and maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records and reports.
* Oversee the handover/takeover (HOTO) processes and ensure timely project closeout, capturing and sharing lessons learned to improve future project delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, current Baseline Security Clearance, and proven experience managing construction projects ideally within the Defence or Government sector. They should also be familiar with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
