About the Role
As a Supervisor, you'll oversee insurance repair projects from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You'll coordinate trades, liaise with clients and insurers, and play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple insurance building projects simultaneously
* Supervise and coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers on-site
* Liaise with clients, insurance assessors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
* Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* Prepare and review project documentation, including scopes of work, variations, and completion reports
* Resolve issues promptly and escalate as needed to keep projects on track
About You
* Proven experience as a Supervisor or Foreman in insurance building, construction, or a related field
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Sound knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and insurance repair processes
* Proficient with project management tools and technology (e.g., tablets, apps, MS Office)
* Current driver's licence and White Card
