UKG Pro Implementation Specialist

The UKG Pro Implementation Specialist will play a key role in leading the implementation of UKG Pro at I-MED, supporting the transition from Kronos Workforce Central. The UKG Pro Implementation Specialist will bring practical, contemporary expertise in workforce management practices and UKG Pro to support the successful delivery of our UKG Pro implementation.
This role will liaise between People & Culture, Payroll, Operations teams, IT, the project team (Project Manager, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, etc.) and our UKG Pro implementation partner to guide the adoption of new ways of working, helping the team maximise system capabilities, re‐shape future‐state processes and improve the user experience for operational teams.
This role is a 12‐month fixed‐term contract and we are open to candidates close to our corporate offices in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane. What you'll do
* Lead and support our UKG Pro implementation end‐to‐end
* Partner with P&C, Payroll, Operations, IT and our implementation partner
* Bring modern WFM practices to life – simplifying rostering, time capture and workforce processes
* Shape future‐state workflows and support change adoption for leaders and frontline teams
* Support testing, readiness and hyper‐care to ensure a smooth go‐live
What you'll bring
* Strong hands‐on experience with UKG Pro (essential)
* Deep knowledge of HR, WFM and Payroll processes
* Ability to influence stakeholders and simplify complexity
* Experience working in multi‐award/EA environments
* A user‐first mindset and practical, contemporary workforce management insights
