The Position
Assist with the management of daily operations
Build strong client relationships and respond to requests for additional services
Support, develop, and train team members, fostering a positive and respectful work culture
Approve timesheets, manage leave, and ensure accurate payroll inputs
Ensure full compliance with site readiness requirements including inductions, WAFs, and SOPs
Maintain system access and Learning Management System compliance
Promote and uphold Compass Group's strong safety culture
Proactively manage employee absences, performance, and grievances
The Person
Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a remote, hospitality, facilities, or similar operational environment
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
A passion for safety, training, and operational excellence
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Confidence using workforce systems and managing compliance
