Salesforce Solutions Engineer

We're looking for a curious, proactive and impact-driven Salesforce Solutions Engineer to own and evolve our Salesforce environment. If you're a seasoned Salesforce admin, solutions architect or developer who thrives at the intersection of technology and business, this is your chance to make a real impact.
This hybrid role blends strategic business analysis, technical architecture, and hands‑on administration. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, translate business challenges into smart solutions, and design workflows and integrations that empower our team to work smarter. This is a unique in‑house role where you can truly add value, see the direct impact of your work and build innovative solutions that drive business success.
Key Activities of this role include
* Managing day‑to‑day operations, including user management, fields / screens, workflows, security reviews, and platform maintenance.
* Monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance and availability.
* Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes, and design scalable Salesforce solutions.
* Building and optimizing workflows (e.g., approvals, pricing updates, custom objects) to support evolving business needs.
* Maintaining and enhancing Apex code, Lightning components, and automation.
* Managing integrations with third‑party platforms and internal tools using APIs / middleware.
* Ensuring best practices in documentation and change management.
* Acting as the primary point of contact for all things Salesforce.
What we're looking for
* Hands‑on Salesforce experience across administration, analysis, or architecture.
* Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, data model, Flow Builder, and integrations.
* Apex skills are a plus, but you don't need to be an expert. You should be comfortable reading Apex code and figuring out how it integrates with Salesforce. Curiosity is what matters most.
* Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management.
* Salesforce certifications (Admin, App Builder, BA, Architect) are highly desirable but not mandatory.

* certification – you'll need to complete regular training and adhere to our policies to keep sensitive information safe.
