UKG Trainer Job
We are seeking an experienced UKG trainer to join our team. This role will be instrumental in engaging and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to co-design and implement training materials and schedules.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of training delivery experience, including UKG Kronos experience, and the ability to manage existing hire class cohort sizes of 12 multiple times a week.
* Design and deliver high-quality training programs for new employees to become familiar with the UKG Kronos system and mobile app.
* Work closely with clinical and operational teams to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
* Measure adoption and readiness, ensuring teams are equipped with the skills, processes, and tools to transition smoothly into new ways of operating.
