Your new role
As an Application Support Analyst, you will investigate, prioritise and resolve business application incidents across SAP and Salesforce platforms. Working within a supportive ICT team, you will apply ITIL methodologies, manage escalations, perform analysis to distinguish system issues from business rule issues, and contribute to testing, replication, and release cycles. You will liaise closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors while supporting best‑practice processes and mentoring junior team members.
What you'll need to succeed
* 1.5+ years in an ICT support role
* Experience supporting SAP or Salesforce
* Strong ITSM/ITIL incident management capability
* Proven ability to engage and manage stakeholders
* Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to contribute to testing, validation and release activities
* Competence in Excel for data analysis and reporting (desirable)
* Interest in accessible and inclusive ICT design (desirable)
