Job Title: Digital Marketing Director
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Director to lead our paid search efforts and drive performance for a portfolio of high-value clients. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who blends deep technical SEM know-how with sharp strategic thinking and a passion for business results.
About the Role
This role involves owning the agency's SEM strategy across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, leading a team of SEM specialists, guiding the creation of advanced campaign structures, bid strategies, and targeting, and developing holistic SEM roadmaps aligned with full-funnel media strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversight of the execution and optimisation of high-budget paid search campaigns
* Championing best practices in tracking (GTM, GA4), attribution, and first-party data use
* Use of tools like Performance Max, Search Ads 360, and SA360 to scale automation
* Account audits, budget forecasts, and advanced performance analysis
Requirements
* 6+ years in paid search, including senior leadership in an agency environment
* Proven success in scaling campaigns, improving efficiency, and hitting KPIs
* Experience managing large paid search budgets ($100K–$1 M+ monthly)
* Track record of team leadership, client satisfaction, and SEM innovation

* SA360, DV360, or Campaign Manager 360 experience
