About the Role
We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support a Partner and team of three lawyers in delivering high-quality pro bono services to individuals facing hardship, focusing on responding effectively via various channels, triaging initial enquiries efficiently, and managing client intake interviews professionally. This role involves providing exceptional service while upholding professional standards.
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries from diverse sources including phone calls, emails, or online platforms
