Job Title: Operations and Retail Manager


Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Operations and Retail Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all operational and retail activities across our locations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee operational and retail activity across all locations and teams
* Translate strategy into action through systems and processes that drive efficiency and performance
* Lead with insight and accountability, using service and operational data to inform decisions
* SUPPORT MANAGERS AND TEAM LEADERS TO LEAD WITH CLARITY AND DELIVER RESULTS
* Engage visibly and consistently as a core member of the leadership team


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Proven operational and team leadership experience, ideally in a multi-site retail environment
* Strong understanding of how retail, customer experience and commercial priorities intersect
* Confidence in managing multiple functions and workflows simultaneously
* Clear and calm communication style, with practical problem-solving capabilities and a consistent approach
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
* Demonstrated adaptability in responding to changing market conditions and business priorities
* Strong ethical judgement and integrity, consistently applying transparency and fairness across people and process management
* Well-developed influence and advocacy skills, with the ability to represent and uphold our mission and values internally and externally
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret financial data and translate insights into improved business performance
