The hotel itself partly resides in a building dating back to the late 1800's that is listed with the National Heritage Register.
The hotel offers 105 generously sized, luxuriously appointed guest rooms including 15 suites, a restaurant, a bar and 4 function rooms.
The Role
Sir Stamford at Circular Quay is currently recruiting dynamic and motivated casual Food & Beverage Attendants for various outlet.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
* Ensure outlets are set prior to meal service, including table set up and clearance
* Greet and serve guests in a prompt manner
* Understand the menu, offer suggestions, and up-sell food and beverage items
* Ensure correct pack down procedures are followed
* Look after guest inquiries in a professional manner
* Re-stock fridges to par levels, store and ensure the outlet is correctly stocked in accordance with outlet stock control guidelines
