Manage and support a portfolio of public halls, community centres and sportsground committees by liaising with community groups, managing bookings and promoting excellent customer service.

* Assist with bookings and provide guidance to volunteer Management Committees and user groups
* Ensure facilities remain welcoming and compliant
* Oversee maintenance and WHS compliance
* Facilitate training, inspections, and reporting
* Support facility improvements and grant applications

Your Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support for committee meetings and events
* Develop and implement policies and procedures for venue management
* Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
* Implement financial management systems and reports

Requirements
">
* Tertiary qualification in business, property management, recreation planning or management, event management or related field
* Current Class C Driver's Licence
* Strong interpersonal and project management skills
* Knowledge of venue booking systems and financial reporting
